Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Custom Hardwood Configurations
Every pallet begins with species selection. We work exclusively with select, kiln-dried hardwood and softwood — sourced and graded to hold consistent moisture content, so boards resist warping, splitting, and premature wear once they enter a live logistics loop.
Because no two warehouses run the same racking or automation, we configure deck-board spacing, block placement, and stringer dimensions to match your Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) tolerances, forklift entry points, and rated load paths — rather than forcing a generic pallet into a specific footprint.
Typical custom runs include reinforced export crates, double-face and reversible decks, drum and machinery pallets, and non-standard sizes built to a client-supplied CAD drawing or physical sample.
Certified Heat Treatment Loop
All wood packaging leaving our facility passes through our own in-house kilns under IPPC-standard heat treatment — the core requiring every shipment to reach a minimum wood-core temperature for a sustained period, eliminating pests and pathogens before export.
This is run entirely on-site rather than outsourced, so batches are stamped, logged, and ISPM-15 compliant on the same production timeline as manufacturing — no waiting on a third-party treatment provider before a container can be booked.
Every treated batch carries full documentation and the official ISPM-15 mark, accepted for import across the customs authorities of the EU, North America, Australia, and other regulated commercial borders.
Managed Supply Agreements
For clients with recurring pallet volume, we set up Just-In-Time buffer-stock agreements — a standing pool of finished pallets held ready at our facilities so replenishment doesn't depend on a fresh production run every time stock runs low.
Buffer levels, delivery cadence, and reorder triggers are agreed upfront and managed by a dedicated account contact, giving warehousing and logistics teams predictable supply without carrying excess inventory themselves.
These agreements are backed by our multi-acre manufacturing facilities in Johor Bahru and Singapore, giving us the production headroom to scale a client's order volume up or down as their season or contract demands change.
